Srikiran Institute of Ophthalmology

Srikiran Institute of Ophthalmology has grown into 200 beds hospital and is equipped with 4 state-of-the art operating rooms and modern surgical equipment.  Srikiran has provided 500,000 outpatient services (65% free); 95,000 surgeries (91% free); and has trained 27 ophthalmologist and 175 assistants.

The hospital provides:

1. Paid and free outpatient services

2. Active community out-reach program

3. Fellowship program & workshops for ophthalmologist

4. Training for ophthalmic assistants

5. Organizing free eye-camps in remote areas

The group now registered as Kruti-Dhata Inc. has been providing ongoing support to the  Sankurathri Foundation's Eye Care Center.
